Scope

This page describes how the MyFast AI AEO Research Tool at https://aeo.myfast.ai handles data. The controlling document is the MyFast.ai Privacy Policy published at myfast.ai; this page adds the detail specific to running an AEO report.

What we collect

We collect only what a report needs and what an account needs to exist.

  • Account details: your name, work email, and the phone number you give us so support can reach you.
  • Business details you enter for the audit: your business name, website, category, service area and the competitors you want measured.
  • Report data: the buyer searches we ran, the verbatim answers each AI engine returned, and the scores derived from them.
  • Billing data: handled by our payment processor. We store the plan, status and the last four digits of the card — never the full card number.
  • Basic technical logs: request timestamps, IP address and user agent, kept for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

We do not use your business data to train our own models, and we do not publish your report or name you in marketing without written permission.

Who processes data on our behalf

Running a report means sending your buyer searches to the AI engines being tested. Those queries are questions a customer would ask — they do not include your account credentials or billing details.

We also use service providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. Each is bound to handle data only for the purpose we engaged them for.

How long we keep it

Report inputs and results are kept for as long as your account is active, because the value of repeat audits is the trend across them. If you close your account, we delete report data within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes.

Technical logs are kept for a short rolling window and then rotate out.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its report history. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request.

You can cancel your membership at any time; see the terms page for what cancellation does to billing.

Cookies

We use the minimum needed for the site to work: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a preference cookie that remembers your theme. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS, credentials are hashed, and access to production data is limited to people who need it to run the service. We describe our practical controls on the security page, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
