How it works

From “I have no idea” to a scored answer in minutes

A MyFast AI audit takes roughly six minutes per 100 buyer searches. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you enter your domain and the moment your fix plan lands in your inbox.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your business

You enter your domain, business name, category, service area and the competitors you want to be measured against. It takes about two minutes and requires no technical knowledge.

  2. 2

We generate 100+ real buyer searches

We build the questions your customers actually ask — “near me”, “best”, price, comparison and problem-first queries for your category and area. We deliberately never search your brand name, because that only proves an engine can read your website.

  3. 3

Every search runs across seven AI engines

Each query is put to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI, Google. We capture each engine’s word-for-word answer and record whether your business was Cited, Named, or Not Found — and which competitor was named instead.

  4. 4

    We score your findability

Results roll up into a single Findability Score from 0 to 100, built from five equally weighted pillars: Foundation, Brand Recognition, Authority, Content Coverage and Ranking Share. You also get share of voice against your named competitors.

  5. 5

We flag what AI gets wrong

Where an engine states something incorrect about your business — wrong hours, services, pricing or claims — we surface it with the exact answer it appeared in, plus the correction steps for Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple and the data aggregators that feed the assistants.

  6. 6

You get the fix plan and the files

Your report is shown on screen, saved to your dashboard and emailed as a PDF. If you want the fixes done for you, the $499 Developer Bundle generates your llms.txt, schema markup, answer pages, FAQ pages and sitemap ready to publish.

  7. 7

Re-run and watch the score move

AI engines change constantly and fixes take time to be picked up, so measurement beats guessing. Membership at $19.99/month lets you re-audit whenever you want at $49 per 100 searches and tracks your progress over time.

What you need before you start

  • Your website domain
  • Your business category and the services you want to be found for
  • The city or radius you serve
  • Two or three competitors you want to be measured against

That is it. No tracking code, no site access and no developer needed to run the audit.

Where the buyer searches come from

The quality of an AEO audit is decided before a single engine is queried. Run the wrong questions and you get a confident report about searches nobody makes.

We build the search set from how customers actually phrase a request to an assistant, which is different from how they type into a search box. Search-box behaviour is terse and keyword-shaped: "hvac columbus". Assistant behaviour is conversational and constraint-loaded: "my furnace is making a grinding noise and it is 20 degrees out, who in Columbus can come today and roughly what will it cost?"

So the set spans the whole decision, not just the bottom of it — problem-framing questions, comparison questions, price and trust questions, and the direct "who should I use" questions. It includes your category, your service area, and the specific services you say you offer, so a gap in one line of business does not get averaged away by strength in another.

How the answers are scored

Each answer is read for four things, and the Findability Score is the weighted result. Being named in the answer counts most, because that is the outcome that produces a customer. Being cited as a source counts next, because citation is durable in a way a passing mention is not.

Breadth across engines counts, because appearing only in Gemini usually means you are visible through your Google Business Profile rather than through anything on your own site — real coverage shows up in more than one model. And accuracy counts, because being named with the wrong phone number is worse than not being named.

The score is always shown with its components. A number you cannot decompose is a vanity metric, and we would rather hand you a 34 you understand than an 82 you cannot act on.

Why the same question gives different answers

Answer engines are non-deterministic. Ask the same question twice and the wording changes; ask it next week and the recommendation may change. This is the single most misunderstood thing about the category, and it is why a report is a measurement rather than a guarantee.

We handle it two ways. Within a run, the search set is large enough that a single unlucky answer cannot swing the score. Across runs, the membership re-tests the same searches so you are comparing like with like — the trend is the signal, and one report is a starting point rather than a verdict.

What you do with the results

The fix plan is ordered by how much of the visibility gap each item closes, and almost every plan starts in the same place: make your facts machine-readable. Publishing an llms.txt, adding Organization and Service schema, and moving critical facts out of PDFs and images into text closes more ground than anything else, because most businesses fail not on authority but on legibility.

After that comes correcting the stale facts the engines picked up from third parties, then building answer pages for the specific questions where a competitor is currently named instead of you. If you would rather have the files than the instructions, the Developer Bundle produces them.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a report take?

A standard 100-search run typically completes in minutes, not days. You get an email when it is ready and the results stay in your account.

Do you need access to my website?

No. The audit queries public AI engines the same way a customer would; it does not need credentials, code access or a tracking script. The Developer Bundle produces files for you to publish, but you stay in control of what goes live.

Can I choose the searches?

You tell us your business, services, market and any competitors you care about, and the set is built from that. If there are specific questions you know customers ask, add them and they will be included.

How often should I re-run it?

Monthly is the sensible rhythm for most businesses — often enough to catch a change, far enough apart that published fixes have had time to be crawled and absorbed. Re-running the day after publishing a fix mostly measures crawl latency.
