Who these terms are between

These service terms cover your use of MyFast AI at https://aeo.myfast.ai, an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) research product operated by MyFast.ai. The master Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy published by MyFast.ai at myfast.ai govern the relationship; the terms on this page describe how those apply specifically to the AEO Research Tool.

What you are buying

A report runs a set of real buyer searches against seven AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI and Google — and records what each engine actually returned at the moment we ran it. You receive the verbatim answers, a Findability Score, share-of-voice against the competitors the engines named, a list of places where an engine stated something incorrect about you, and a prioritized fix plan.

The first report is $99 and covers the first 100 buyer searches. Additional blocks of 100 searches are $49 each. The Developer Bundle is a one-time $499 package of ready-to-publish fix files: llms.txt, structured schema, answer pages and a sitemap.

The membership is $19.99 per month. It keeps your account, history and score trend active and lets you re-run an audit whenever you want at $49 per 100 searches.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

One-time purchases are charged when you place the order. The membership is charged monthly on the anniversary of your signup until you cancel.

You can cancel the membership at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a month already billed, and reports already delivered remain yours.

If a report fails to run because of a fault on our side, we re-run it at no charge. If we cannot deliver it, we refund that purchase.

What we do not promise

AI answer engines are non-deterministic and change constantly. The same question can produce different answers on different days, from different accounts, or in different regions. A report is an accurate record of what the engines returned during that run — it is not a guarantee that they will return the same thing tomorrow.

We do not promise a ranking, a placement, a citation, or a specific Findability Score. No vendor can, because no vendor controls the models. What we do promise is an honest measurement and a fix plan grounded in what the engines actually said.

Implementing the fix plan is your decision and, unless you buy a done-for-you service, your work. Results depend on your site, your authority and your market.

Acceptable use

Run reports for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. Do not use the tool to impersonate another business, to generate misleading content about a competitor, or to attempt to manipulate an engine through deception.

Do not resell, scrape or redistribute report output as your own product without a written agreement. Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend an account that violates these rules, and will tell you why.

Your data and your content

You own your business information and any content you supply. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of running your report and generating your fix files.

We store report inputs and results so you can see progress across repeat audits. See the privacy page for what we collect and how long we keep it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the AEO Research Tool is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost rankings.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the service or its pricing changes, and the "last updated" date below always reflects the current version. Material changes to pricing or billing take effect on your next billing cycle, not retroactively.
